KitchenMakers, established in 1979, designs and hand-builds bespoke fine cabinetry kitchens and built-in home furnitures from our workshop in one of Sway’s oldest agricultural buildings.  Achieving the highest quality of work is at the heart of our philosophy here in the New Forest.  We inspect every piece of wood we use in our workshop and build timeless designs that suit contemporary life.

You are very welcome to stop into the showroom and workshop to meet the team, have a look at the quality of our work, examples of our designs and see our workshop in action. From state of the art large digital saws to wonderfully simple sanders from the 1970s – we work with the best tools and materials.

Our workshop team is lead by trained boat builder, Richard who has been refining his fine cabinetry making skills for over 40 years. We design, hand make, paint, transport and install all of our work ourselves in order to be sure to keep quality at its best at every stage.  We also do all plumbing and electical work required on most of our projects which helps customers to be sure to understand the total spend of a project.  Our workshop team are a small group of exceptionally trained woodwork professionals which means that every detail of our work is up to the luxury standards of kitchen making.
